How are your paintings made?

All the paintings are reproduced and handmade on canvas by our artists. Our painting of reproduction is guaranteed. the professional artists are well educated the painting are hand-made unframed on linen canvas, no computer and other machine is used.

How do I place an order?

Choice product serial number,Or provides the picture by you.And please indicate the product specification, quantity and the request,then send email to us.

how much pre-payments do we make?

When placing your order, you will be asked to pay for 50% Deposit with order.Certainly,Welcome you disposable to pay in full the picture funds,This may save the remittance procedure and the handling charge.

How long does it take to produce the paintings and how long does it take to arrive them?

Normally It takes between 3 to 5 weeks that depends on the quantity of the paintings you ordered. After received your order confirmation along with the payment, we start the production. We'll keep you in posted for any progress of your order and notice you before shipment. Usually, it takes 3-5 days to arrive in your house by DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT Express channel, 7-10 days by air freight and about one month by sea freight.

How do I check the Status of my Order?

You can select to delivery your paintings by UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, Air freight and Sea freight. All of the paintings will be packed by hard tube inside and bubble plastic outside.

Can I pick up my purchases at your facility?

Yes, if you live near or are visiting our area, you may pick up your purchases at our facility. Please call to schedule an appointment prior to picking up the merchandise.
